SAFETY PRECAUTION
Before the construction, manipulation, maintenance and inspection, please read the following instruction and use correctly.
Safety Precaution
In case if the user mistook the handlings, there may be the possibility that he/she will be dead or seriously injured.
- Please DO NOT use exceedingly over the rated value. For more safety, we would like to recommend to derate less than 80% of the rated value in terms of the voltage and electric current.
- When you do the wiring, maintenance and inspection, please confirm that you had cut off the crossing gate of the input side and then check if it was not be electrified.
- In case of using the wire connector, please use the appropriate size of wire which follows the standard specification of the product.
- When you use the wire connector for the terminal table, please keep the following torque value for the tightening torque to the terminal screw.
Recommendation value M3 0.4N・m（4kgf-cm） M3.5 0.7N・m（7kgf-cm） M4 1.0N・m（10kgf-cm） M5 1.6N・m（16kgf-cm） M6 2.4N・m（24kgf-cm） M8 4.8N・m（48kgf-cm） - Please do the retightening regularly for the terminal screw.
- Please do neither remodeling nor using the components which are not instructed.
Use Precaution
In case if the user mistook the handlings, there may be the possibility that he/she will be injured or the material damage will be emerged.
- In terms of the installation site for the terminal block, please maintain the enough distance for the insulation with the others before use.
- When you use the electric tools for tightening the terminal screw, please confirm that the screw had attached to the terminal correctly, and then do the thread fastening with the designated torque. Otherwise, it will be the causation of thread tightener.
- In case if you dropped the product, please confirm that there are neither any damages nor loosen components before use.
- In case if you will not use the product in such a long term, please feel free to contact with us, because it may be the reason of emerging the difficulties for the function of the product.
- In case if you use our products for the specific purposes which will be requested the reliability of high quality, such as the airplanes, ships, railways and medical equipment, please contact with us separately.
- In case if you use our product in oversea, please contact with us separately, because there are some restrictions of regulations based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.
- In case if you use our product in oversea, please confirm that there are some products which will be requested the acquisition for the international safety standard.
- The regulations which we would like you to follow.
- Please use and preserve our products under the designated ambient temperature. Please DO NOT keep our products either under the direct sunlight or near to the heating equipment.
- Please avoid to use and preserve our products under the high humidity circumstance.
- Please avoid to use and preserve our products at the places under the dust or the gas corrosion.
- Please avoid to use and preserve our products at the places which the chemicals, oils and water are frequently be used.
- Please avoid to use and preserve our products at the places which the impact and vibration will be transmitted.
